You have 7 days to return and get your money back on any item that is still in good enough shape to sell, no matter if you bought it in-store or online. You have 7 days from the time you receive the item to start the return process if you are not happy with what you bought.

For your ease, you can return items to any of our stores under the same conditions that apply to returns made online. The helpful people at our store will walk you through the return process and make sure everything goes smoothly.

Rules for Returning Items: The item must meet these rules in order to be returned and refunded:

  1. The item should still be in its original box.
  2. It should be in good enough shape to sell, which means it’s not been used, broken, or worn out.
  3. There should be no damage to any of the original tags, labels, or extras.

Our team will do a quality check on the returning item once we get it. If the product meets the return requirements, we will repay you using the same method of payment that you used the first time, minus the shipping costs that were applied when you bought the item.

Exclusions

Please keep in mind that you may not be able to return some items for reasons of cleanliness, safety, or other factors. In addition, items that are marked “No longer needed” might not be able to be returned.
